<br> An appeal may be lodged through the court which made the decision or the prison in which it is confined
Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2) of section 134, a person who wishes to appeal in accordance with sub-section (1) of that section may appeal through the court that made the decision or, if the person convicted by such decision is in prison, also through the prison in which he is imprisoned.< br>
